Well after my attempted announcement that I was going to be active here again and back in the land of the living - I got bit by a poisonous spider and then infected by a really bad infection that went throughout my entire body and put me in the hospital for 11 days! lol. So 11 days in the hospital plus another two weeks of terrible pain and infection plus looking forward to another 30 days of being on various forms of medication....it's been an interesting fall so far and needless to say my various personal projects and art has fallen by the wayside!

But no more! I'm focused enough to make art happen again but I also find the need to begin to attend to the fact that I've been out of work for the past 4+ weeks so I'm going to try something I haven't tried in awhile  and open up commissions again. IF you're interested in sketch commissions please read through this whole journal before sending me a note.

1) Payment method is to be through paypal. I will accept commissions via either contact on here (posting in this journal entry or a note to make initial contact is fine) or my email address which is mwcreate@yahoo.com

2) Once contact has been made and you've told me what you want I will contact you with a confirmation of the request and a request for payment via paypal. Payment must be done -before- I begin the commission. This is to protect me, the artist, and to cancel out any folk who aren't serious about doing this.

3) These commissions are of one character only. It can be original characters (your own) or existing characters. No nude requests or sexual material please.  I also reserve the right to turn requests down if I find the request unappealing. Also please pay attention to my gallery. If you see that I don't do much by way of robots or heavy mechs then obviously requesting a mech commission..well...not a good idea. Asking for something  I would normally never draw or show capability of being able to draw just isn't wise. All artists have their specialties .

4) I will send the finished sketch through email at 300 dpi. I will resize if you lack the ability to do so just request it in advance. Originals will not be sent.

5) No Refunds.

6) Remember this is just a sketch. Please do not expect clean lines. My gallery has examples of my sketch style. I will sketch fairly clean but if you aren't wanting a 'sketch' then ..don't commission me for a sketch commission. The sketch will be either half or full body, I will choose, based on the complexity of the character, pose  and overall request.

7) If this is an original character or a character of your own making, please, please, please be prepared to send me reference images of some sort, so I know what I'm drawing.  I really do no want to have to interpret from a text description as the results may wildly differ from what you want and veer into the realm of character design and that's a whole other ball of string. Reference for existing characters also helps as despite my vast nerdage I dont' know everyone out there.

Regarding color commissions.

I will also accept color commissions but prices for those I will negotiate based on the request. If you are interested in a CG color commission of a character against a colored background, you can also note me and we'll work the price out based on the request.
